Website agent
Answers in seconds, at three in the morning, in whatever language they write in. Takes the whole enquiry — what's wrong, a photo, an Eircode, a number — and sends it to your phone. It won't quote a price or promise a date. That stays with you.
Phone and WhatsApp
Your phone rings first. If you can't take it, the agent does — gathers the same details and passes them on. On WhatsApp it replies the moment a message lands. A missed call stops being a lost job.
Follow-up
Nothing goes quiet. The quote nobody answered, the invoice past due, the customer who asked three weeks ago and vanished. It chases them in your tone, on its own schedule, and tells you only the outcome.
Quotes and invoices
A voice note from the van becomes a finished document — priced from your own rates, on your own letterhead, addressed to the right person. You read it and send it. The evening admin disappears.
Inbox
Reads what came in, sorts it, drafts the replies you'd have written anyway. Enquiries to your list, invoices to your accountant, the rest can wait. Nothing leaves without your approval.
One source of truth

I look properly
I go through how the work actually flows today. Sometimes the answer is that you don't need AI at all — I'll say so.

One number, what's included, how long it takes. You decide with the whole picture in front of you.
I build it and stay
I set it up, test it with you, and I'm one message away afterwards. Not a ticket queue — me.
I take one client at a time. It means you get all of my attention, and it means there may be a wait. I think that's the right trade.

Certified, and I run the servers myself.
No resold platform sitting between you and your data. Everything I build runs on infrastructure I set up and maintain, inside the EU.
I got my first PC at twelve and never really stopped — before this I spent eight years running reception and access control, which is where I learned what a front desk is actually for. If it breaks at seven in the morning, I'm the one who fixes it.
